CleanStep™ by Texwipe is a comprehensive program of contamination control mats and supporting frames designed to capture particulates from foot and wheel borne traffic before entry into cleanrooms or controlled environments. Mats and Frames are ordered separately giving end-users extreme flexibility.
Our mats can be used with or without frames to provide an effective means of reducing contamination in high-traffic areas. Constructed with 30 or 60 layers, each removable sheet has a consistent adhesive coating designed to trap particles and prevent transfer. CleanStep™ Mats contain anti-microbial preservatives that prevent microbial growth. Easy to install and maintain, they come in 3 sizes, 3 colors, and 2 layer configurations to address end-user needs.
The frames are made of polystyrene and provide an excellent surface for adhering CleanStep™ mats. When cleaning protocols require portability or when a floor surface is not conducive to adhering mats, this non-slip, lightweight design provides the answer.
